The homeowners on Harrington Drive in Alpharetta wanted to transform their backyard into a safe, durable, and enjoyable space for family gatherings. Their old deck was outdated and needed a significant upgrade. Kirchner Customs created a functional, long-lasting outdoor living area perfect for everyday enjoyment and special events.
We designed a 20×14 open deck, providing plenty of space for the family to gather and relax, while also adding a 15×14 screened-in porch where they could escape the elements. High-quality materials such as Deckorators Voyage decking and TimberTech fascia ensure the deck will stand firm against the test of time. To add a unique touch, a beautiful cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling enhances the space, offering comfort and style. Beneath, a stamped concrete patio is a stable foundation, providing durability and a refined appearance.
