To bring the homeowner’s vision to life, Kirchner Customs built a lower-level screened porch with a fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for those cool evenings. The upper deck is an open-air space ideal for lounging and socializing, with easy access from the home’s office via newly added French doors. To enhance the design, the UnderDeck system by DekDrain was installed to keep the lower level dry, making it a perfect space for storage or a relaxing retreat.
The combination of Trex Rocky Harbor decking and Camo Edge screws created a sleek, modern look, ensuring no exposed fasteners. This project seamlessly blends style with functionality, offering a family-friendly space to relax and entertain.
