That’s our commitment—quality first. We refuse to cut corners, so we build beyond code, specializing in structural screws (not nails), and meticulous attention to flashing and deep footings. The priority is structural integrity, ensuring your deck is as solid as it is beautiful.
I’m hiring an experienced contractor. What does the Kirchner Customs warranty actually cover?
We stand by our work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. This covers any issues related to the structure and installation. We also fully honor all manufacturer warranties from brands like Deckorators, Trex, and TimberTech for the surface materials themselves
What about permits, engineering, and the HOA? Do I handle all that paperwork?
No, we manage the entire technical process for you. Once we finalize the design, we manage 100% of the required permits, engineering plans, and municipal submissions. We provide you with all the necessary documents for your quick submission to the HOA.
