Every great outdoor project begins with a unique site challenge. The Canton property presented a scenario common to North Metro Atlanta homeowners: a steep backyard slope, an aging upper wooden deck showing signs of moisture decay, and an underutilized lower concrete pad.
The homeowners wanted a space where family and friends could dine, relax, and entertain all at once, with each activity on its own level. Because of the sloped clay ground, we needed a full structural plan to manage the elevation changes, control water runoff, and support the weight of the new build. Our team took a fresh look at the land, adjusted the layout, and designed a multi-level space where every area has its own use. Each serves a distinct purpose.
